Keeping Track of Market Issues - Mission Statement

With all that is going on in the market today, it seems that there is no single place to go to get a regular update.  So I thought that posting information as I find it might be a good way to go.  If you come across any info that you think should be included, please pass it along as well.  Of course we should focus on the pending legislation but all topics that are important to mortgage lending and collateral valuation need visibility.  We will work to touch on the things that need discussion and clarification to provide information and further discussion whenever possible.  Please send me your comments and suggested topics for research.
